I met this enthusiastic writer in March at a friend’s AWP off-site book launch in LA, and we followed each other on IG, and we found out a few months later that he’s my neighbor-friend’s cousin. Because of course he is! Life is so weird. I’m so glad we got connected, and I’m delighted that he invited me to do this interview.
